Placing an Order

We sell all our tools on line and each transaction is encrypted using the latest technology. Alternatively you can contact us by phone and place an order or fax the order details to us. You can also collect from our Distribution Centre at:

Daily between 08 00 and 17 30 Monday to Friday and Saturday from 09 00 to 12 00.

 

Making an online purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

 

Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Standard delivery costs of £6.75 are for UK mainland only. Delivery costs will increase if your item(s) require delivery outside the UK. Please call us on 0845 200 8910 or email for further information. If you place an order which requires delivery outside the UK we reserve the right to cancel your order and give you refund until delivery costs can be agreed between you and us.

Payment Methods

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 

All pricing INCLUDES VAT and orders valued at £100.00 or above will be carriage free (UK Mainland only).

 

Tax charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

 

If you want to return a product please email us at support@toolsheduk.com and quote your order number. We advise you to return products by a secure postal method and obtain a receipt as proof of returning it to us.

 

If you want us to collect a product please contact us and we will arrange to collect it. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of collecting the product from the refund we may give you.
